Our Divisions
Nursing Supports
Specialized nursing consultation and clinical support for Maryland DDA providers and organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex health needs. Services include RN CM/DN support, agency-level nursing consultation, HRST and clinical oversight, and staff education and competency support.
Community Supports
Person-centered community supports designed to promote independence, skill development, inclusion, and meaningful community participation.
Home Health Supports
Home-based supports designed to promote safety, independence, comfort, and quality of life. Service availability will be announced as applicable approvals are completed.

With more than a decade of nursing leadership experience, Tihesha E. Simmons brings clinical expertise, healthcare education, and a commitment to person-centered support to TSRN. Her leadership is grounded in a simple principle: quality is intentional. Through TSRN, she is building services that strengthen care, develop confident professionals, promote independence, and support better outcomes for the people and organizations we serve.
